SKS Sweep the Hufnagle; Extend Streak to 17 Straight

Street Kids/Wildman continued their hot early summer by going a perfect 4-0 on their way to winning the Worth Power Series Topeka / Hufnagle Memorial on Saturday. It was the fourth straight tourney win for SKS, and extended their tourney winning streak to 17 games in a row.

The Kids (27-4 in tourneys, 31-6 overall) picked up wins over the X Factor (20-3), Synergy (20-5), Cedar Creek (15-0) and again Cedar Creek in the finals (22-12).

Leland Schmucker, who batted .786, was named tourney MVP, while Jay Jeffery, Fred Schmucker and Jeremy Hochstetler were named to the all-tourney team.
